Shipping & Delivery
We ship by FedEx 2Day. Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12 noon HKT (Hong Kong Time) typically ship out the same business day. Orders placed, paid, and processed after 12 noon HKT, and on weekends and public holidays, ship out the following business day.
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. We do not ship untracked orders. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
